A 1992 Reiki class, is where I learnt the real-time possibility to heal from a distance. I was obviously, much younger with a fairly narrow view of the world. Although, I definitely would not have agreed with you then. Yeah Growth!!! (insert cheeky wink here)

I fell away from the practice of distance healing when I was fully immersed in private in-person sessions. I also lost my confidence in my ability to perform distance work. Hello, Shadow my old friend. The pandemic, and overwhelming messages to isolate, gave me the gift of time to challenge my limiting patterns. I re-examined my tools, dusted off my “across space and time” mentality, and set to work to kick that low energy mindset to the curb!! And for good!!
