Waking the bear is a very special ceremony for us here at Shamans Way, and one that Kriket has been holding every spring for over 15 years… we think!
Born on the equinox, Kriket used to celebrate this with a small group as a way to celebrate the coming of spring, and her birthday! But, as with all great things, word started to get out about this particular ceremony and attendance quickly grew.
The Show Notes
The Promised Story:
This is a German folk tail which Kriket shared at Waking the Bear. The story itself is roughly 20 minutes. The remainder is Kriket sharing the lessons one could take from the story.
